After you find the land you want to build on and the construction team you want to work with, Waterstone works to approve the builder, their blueprint, and their plans for the new construction. Once everything is approved, we pay off the land and then setup a draw schedule so the builder can get working on the home.
At Waterstone we have an extremely competitive construction program. Only 5% down of the construction costs are required and during the build you only pay interest on the cost of the land and the amount the builder has taken out on draws to build the property. This program is a great way to build your dream home with little money down and with affordable payments.
