1 lbs of ground meet (I used beef)
2 tbs of chopped garlic
2 tbs of olive oil
3 16 oz cans of tomato sauce
3 16 oz cans of diced
2 tbs garlic salt
1/8 cup of Italian seasonings
1/8 cup of chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup dehydrated bell peppers
1. Put pot on sauté wait a minute for it to get hot. Add in olive oil, garlic, and ground meat. Sauté meat till it’s all cooked.
2. Scrape the pot to make sure nothing is stuck. If needed add a tiny bit of water.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Set pot to manually cook on high for 5 minutes.
4. Slow release pressure. Taste and add little more salt if you like. Enjoy!
Note it made 3 jars full. I put in the jars while they are hot and sometimes they will seal like canning.
